1Acceptance of Terms

3Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one active yy99 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same household — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed, with balances subject to review.

When registering, you must provide:

• A valid mobile number and email address that belong to you.
• A PKR payment method in your own name (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank account or card).

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. yy99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your login details. yy99 reserves the right to close or suspend accounts where fraudulent information has been provided, where there is reason to suspect identity fraud, or where security concerns have been flagged internally.

4Deposits, Withdrawals and Transactions

All transactions on yy99 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit cards, credit cards and supported mobile wallets. All payment methods used must be registered in your own name — transactions from third-party accounts or payment methods belonging to another person are not permitted.

Regarding deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the payment processor, typically within a few minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier section of the platform and may vary by payment method.
• yy99 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposit where possible.

5Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

yy99 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bets, cashback promotions and PSL season specials. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Each promotion is available once per member, per household and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page.

6Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on yy99 — including cricket, PSL, football, tennis, basketball, esports and all other markets — are subject to these general betting rules as well as any sport-specific rules published within the sportsbook section of the platform.

• Bet Acceptance: yy99 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets are not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your account balance.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void where an obvious error in odds was made (palpable error), where the event is cancelled, or where circumstances make settlement impossible or unfair. Void bets have stakes returned to the member's account.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are subject to the market being open at the moment the bet is confirmed. yy99 is not responsible for delays between when you submit a bet and when it is accepted; the odds and market status at the moment of system acceptance are final.

• Accumulator Bets: If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the bet stands on the remaining selections at the adjusted odds. A minimum of two valid selections must remain for an accumulator to stand.
• Result Disputes: In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of yy99's trading team is final, subject to the formal dispute process described in Section 14 of these Terms.

7Casino, Slots and Fish Game Rules

All casino games, slots and fish games on yy99 are provided through certified game software. The outcomes of all games are determined by random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, by physical dealing and spinning processes conducted by live dealers in secure studio environments.

• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, any bet that was confirmed before the disconnection will be settled according to the game outcome once the round is complete. yy99 is not liable for losses caused by connection issues on the member's side.
• Game malfunctions — technical errors that produce an unintended result — render the affected round void and the stake is returned. yy99 does not honour payouts produced by a confirmed software malfunction.

8Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games in a way that is not available to regular members.
• Exploiting errors, glitches or system vulnerabilities in the platform — including odds errors, game malfunctions or promotional loopholes — for financial gain.
• Match-fixing, corruption of sporting events, or placing bets based on insider information related to the outcome of any sporting event.
• Collusion with other members to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker variants or fish games where other players are involved.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Attempting to use payment methods that do not belong to you or using stolen payment credentials.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing yy99 staff or other members through any communication channel.

9Account Suspension and Closure

yy99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion where there is a reasonable basis to believe that these Terms have been breached, or where continuing to operate the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other members.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance derived from prohibited conduct — including fraudulent deposits, bonus abuse or exploited errors — may be forfeited. Legitimate deposits made through valid payment methods will be returned, less any amounts offset against losses or adjustments arising from the breach investigation.

You may close your yy99 account at any time by contacting customer support. Where a self-exclusion request has been made under the Responsible Gaming policy, reactivation requests during the agreed exclusion period will not be processed.

10Responsible Gaming
